The Amazon Canada Product & Tech organization is looking for a Manager, Product Management to join the French Customer Experience Team (FRCX). This product team works across the customer journey to improve the CX for Canada’s millions of French-language customers, a key component of Amazon Canada’s long-term strategy. This role will own key aspects of the French CX roadmap across the digital customer journey, from managing our translation support services, raising the bar on marketing and high-value events, to managing a robust voice of the customer mechanism, all with a focus on highest quality. They will develop the visionary digital experience for our customer and deliver that vision by driving cross-functional development activities, including new technical solutions, and identifying process improvements for this unique business opportunity. Importantly, they will foster a collaborative, supportive work environment for their team and invest in the development and growth of their direct reports.
Candidates for the Manager, Product Management role will possess a successful product management and business strategy background. This role will require excellent written and oral communication skills, data-driven analyses and insights, excellent business judgment, strong interpersonal skills to influence broad stakeholder groups, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for building excellent products and customer experiences. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial, cross-functional environment. Key job responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of high-quality product and program roadmaps toward the team's strategy and vision
Collaborate with Marketing, Prime, Deals, Technology/Engineering, Vendor Management, Seller Support, Legal, Public Policy, and Public Relations teams (among others) to assess and advise on high judgment investment decisions
Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer
Establish customer feedback loops to synthesize feedback and consolidate feature requests, providing specific requirements to engineering and driving follow-up actions and communications
Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning
Collaborate regularly and independently with other product and tech teams to transfer knowledge of the customer needs and ensure the technical solution designed solves for customer and business needs
Lead and develop a team of specialists, program, and product managers
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of team management experience
7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end to end product delivery
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Preferred Qualifications
Experience relying on analytics and data to cultivate deep customer empathy, shape product decisions and track effectiveness of change
Experience working with a cross-functional team across design, operations, and engineering team to meet high-reaching goals

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $134,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $222,700/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
