What You'll Be Doing

The Manager, Clinical Recruiting is responsible for enabling the collective recruiting team to be effective and efficient to identify and secure top clinical talent. This includes organizing and prioritizing recruiting resources, influencing and directing quality of work, promoting the adoption and use of technology, and developing capabilities when gaps are identified. This position works closely with peers to ensure standardization and quality throughout the teams. This includes, but is not limited to, structure, training, coaching, processes, systems, and resources. The Manager, Clinical Recruiting will impact the department by focusing on short term process or system improvements, and long-term innovation work in partnership with multiple internal and external stakeholders to elevate the efficiency of recruiting function.

  • Develop and lead recruiting efforts using appropriate KPIs aligned to the business goals.
  • Manage Recruiting assignments on an as-needed basis.
  • Drive overall recruiting initiatives supportive of operational leadership.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand business and talent priorities and develop targeted recruiting strategies creating a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Improve recruiting transparency by supporting the implementation and utilization of effective analytics and reporting.
  • Leverage metrics and analytics to provide insights, drive decision making, and optimize team development, performance, and productivity.
  • Gather, analyze, and inform stakeholders on key-performance indicators related to hiring activity and team performance.
  • Support the Vice President Recruiting with budgetary accountability for site specific and overall financial vitality of the organization.
  • Partner across functional leadership to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
  • Support RFP initiatives related to new business development.
  • Mentor and guide recruiting staff on recruitment for high priority roles.
  • Lead, inspire, coach, engage, and develop a knowledgeable, confident, and ambitious recruiting team while driving a high-level of performance against aggressive hiring needs.
  • Partner with SFOs, MCRs and CRSs on the development of a strategic approach for existing and new business opportunities.
  • Develop effective working relationships within the Recruiting function, across other functional areas, and with Field Ops to understand business strategies and hiring needs.
  • Develop, drive, and ensure compliance with recruiting processes and requirements within ATS.
  • Drive use of MySCP to assist with recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and retention of clinicians.
  • Understand market competitive compensation trends.
  • Share and exchange best practices to continuously improve results.
  • Understand systems and tools utilized by Recruiting to help train, monitor, and ensure accuracy of systems.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting leadership to identify and training and development needs and partner with HR on delivery to recruiting team.

Who/What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional recruiting experience with at least 2 years of experience in clinical recruiting.
    • 2+ years of direct leadership of recruiting teams or department.
    • Proven experience developing and executing short, mid, and long-term, data-driven strategies that yield top talent in competitive markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Human Resources, related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven history of developing creative recruiting strategies that drive overall business effectiveness.
  • Ability to translate business plans into targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Adept at building effective relationships across all levels.
  • Knowledge of employment law and corporate recruitment practices through Manager training programs.
  • Project management skills and the ability to execute effective, fast-paced, high-volume recruitment efforts.
  • Strong customer orientation and influencing skills.
