Manager of Revenue Cycle Management Integration

M-F, 8am-5pm

Fully Remote


Insight Global is hiring for a Manager of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Integrations to provide strategic and tactical leadership for the successful integration of new organic and acquisition groups joining our client's organization. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of leading complex integration projects, performing due diligence assessments, and ensuring effective onboarding and training of revenue cycle teams.


Must Haves:


  • Undergraduate degree
  • 5+ years of leadership experience (preferably in healthcare revenue cycle management).
  • Experience with Practice Management Systems required; familiarity with eClinicalWorks is a strong plus.
  • Strong managerial, financial, and analytical skills with a consistent demonstration of commitment to quality, customer focus, productivity, and process improvement.
  • Travel Requirements: Must be able to travel based on need (periodically, 2-4 days/week) to support integrations.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Plan, organize, and execute successful RCM integrations for new organic and acquisition groups joining Gastro Health.
  • Ensure an effective onboarding process and seamless hand-off to RCM operations teams, maintaining continuity of revenue cycle operations.
  • Develop and manage team goals, project schedules, and communication channels to facilitate collaboration and timely execution of integration activities.
  • Integrate new practices related to revenue cycle functions, including billing, coding, and collections, while maintaining written standard operating procedures.
  • Lead the configuration of revenue cycle management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and best practices.
  • Support practice integration projects focused on developing consistent processes, reporting mechanisms, and strategic initiatives to optimize revenue cycle performance.
  • Perform quality control on practice conversion and integration projects throughout development and implementation to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain quality training programs, materials, and standard operating procedures to ensure staff competency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and supervise resources, establish project objectives, schedules, milestones, and standards for RCM integrations to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Identify technical obstacles and manage complex troubleshooting efforts within the team, translating business needs into technical solutions to ensure successful integrations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
