Insight Global's client is looking for a Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics to support their team based out of Miami, FL. This individual is responsible for providing data-driven insights to operations and finance leadership for revenue related aspects of the business. The position provides support to revenue operations by creating and managing a holistic reporting strategy for the organization through data management and visualization tools (Power BI), while also providing insightful analytics to business leaders through the creation of various reports and dashboards.

Must Haves:

- 5 + years revenue cycle management experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.

- Physician group experience

- Analytical background (reviewing data and spearheading initiatives)

- Experience running reports to conduct monthly reviews and review RCM functional data

- Fluent in SQL and BI Tools

- Experience with Practice Management Systems (eClinicalWorks preferred)

Plusses:

- Master's degree

- Experience in GI, Pathology, Anesthesia, Imaging and Infusion.

- eClinicalworks, RCX, and VisiQuate experience

- Leadership experience

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provides analyses and explanation of report outputs to contribute to the financial understanding of RCM functions.
• Participates in the strategy and vision for business intelligence and analytics, spanning thought the RCM organization, ad-hoc query and analysis and other BI solutions. Create and maintain revenue cycle management reports and dashboards for various business units
• Develop metrics, KPIs, analytics and dashboards to provide performance measurement and drive business performance.
• Perform revenue related data inspection, cleanup and governance to ensure data integrity.
• Proactively identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiencies.
• Support day-to-day operational needs/requests of the revenue cycle teams
• Analyzes reimbursement from all sources, including carrier reimbursement exception reporting and follow up pending claims analysis and denials management.
• Contribute to the department goals of meeting key productivity metrics.
