We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive End User Computing (EUC) Support Manager to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the support and service delivery of all end-user computing issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do In This Role
Lead and manage the EUC support team, providing direction, coaching, and development opportunities.
Ensure the timely resolution of service desk tickets related to end-user computing issues.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for EUC support.
Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure and application initiatives.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the end-user computing environment.
Identifies and facilitates opportunities for team member skills acquisition to ensure professional support of continually evolving organizational needs and technologies.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration or equivalent work experience Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or 5+ years of experience in IT support, with a preference for some leadership experience.
Strong technical knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including Windows, macOS, mobile OS, and common business applications.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in developing and implementing ITIL-based processes and procedures.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
