Description
As the Manager, CRM & Analytics you will be responsible for the execution of accurate data collection, processing, and analysis that support our CRM and loyalty initiatives. To be successful in this role you'll need to have a background in database analytics/SQL, be well versed in A/B test design, and have a strong capacity to interface with technical teams to support the development and validation of new loyalty & messaging features.

As the Manager, CRM & Analytics you will be responsible for the execution of accurate data collection, processing, and analysis that support our CRM and loyalty initiatives. To be successful in this role you'll need to have a background in database analytics/SQL, be well versed in A/B test design, and have a strong capacity to interface with technical teams to support the development and validation of new loyalty & messaging features.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the development, execution, maintenance and impact measurement of all segmented customer data flows and ad-hoc initiatives
- Develop and implement core audience logic powering various customer messaging channels (Email, Push, SMS); QA & resolve issues as needed
- Leverage Python and other coding platforms to manage automated triggers driving customer incentives and targeted messaging
- Write SQL queries to build test segments, analyze the performance of initiatives, and deliver other ad-hoc insights to the broader organization
- Build and distribute dashboards tracking CRM, owned media and loyalty program KPIs against goals
- Serve as SME on customer segmentation, loyalty program performance, and other program features
- Support the growth and refinement of adjacent customer programs, including Torrid Cash
- Work with customer-facing teams (CS, Social, Store Ops) to research and resolve issues impacting specific customer accounts
- Complete ad hoc and deep dive analytics projects on a variety of merchandise, customer and channel-related topics
- 5+ years of experience with SQL and Excel
- 2+ years of experience managing automations via Python and tools (e.g. DBHawk, Alteryx)
- 2+ years experience working directly with IT and other technical partners to develop requirements and QA
- 2+ years of experience with dashboard development using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, DataStudio, Looker, etc.). Experience writing SQL (Big Query a plus)
- Skilled at gathering insights from data and building a story, and staying on top of an ever-evolving digital landscape (i.e. new loyalty and payment options, competitive offers and experiences, etc.)
