We are actively seeking M&A Attorneys located anywhere in the United States with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions law, preferably within a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Substantive experience advising senior management and business units on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, securities regulations, and contract law.
  • Experience supporting integration efforts post-transaction to ensure seamless business operations.
  • JD Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.
  • Epiq Counsel partners with industry-leading clients in support of their sophisticated interim talent needs. Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.


Support our multinational corporate clients on the following:

  • Dynamic project work that varies in length and is conducted remotely or on-site depending on client needs.
  • Variable hours in a consultancy role; commitment may range from part-time to full-time based on project requirements.
  • Advise senior management and business units on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations to identify potential legal risks and liabilities associated with M&A transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents such as purchase agreements, merger agreements, shareholder agreements, and other related legal documents.
  • Provide strategic legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters related to M&A activities.
  • Manage and oversee the closing process of M&A transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Mentor and guide junior legal team members as needed.
  • Professional immersion in diverse corporate cultures and industries.
