Loyalty Program Director

An established online gambling operator is looking for a Loyalty Program Director to oversee loyalty and rewards programs. The right candidate will have marketing experience in the online gaming industry within a client facing role. This is a remote position for those located in the United States or Canada, and required work hours will either be Eastern or Central time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy by leveraging data analytics and customer insight to increase customer loyalty and digital engagement programs.
• Develop and execute a long-range plan for loyalty and interactive programs in the gaming space.
• Be accountable for clients' player retention and revenue KPIs, ensuring promotional reinvestment spending is set to meet business goals and maximize ROI.
• Lead initiatives to enhance customer engagement through personalization and loyalty programs.
• Be an expert on product features and leverage partnerships together with internal teams.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the account management team, ensuring all client needs are met.
• Build and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Direct and oversee program forecasting, reporting, and business analysis through management of the P&L.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a director/leadership role in the online gaming industry.
• Deep understanding of online gaming, preferably lottery products.
• Track record of successfully developing and implementing customer loyalty strategies.
• Experience managing P&L statements.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to manage teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
