Logistics Program Manager

One of the country's largest payment platforms is searching for a Reverse Logistics Program Manager to join their Hardware team 100% remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing existing reverse logistics processes, leveraging data analytics, and monitoring all return activity in conjunction with internal stakeholders.

This exciting opportunity to support critical behind-the-scenes operations at one of the most widely-used payment platforms begins as a 5-month, W2 contract that offers full benefits, holidays, and the potential to extend or convert to permanent employment.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize current RL workflows and establish new processes for tracking and reporting reverse logistics activities
• Leverage data analytics to identify and understand return patterns
• Maintain and reconcile all return activity while staying ahead of fraud attempts, tactics, and trends
• Work internally with stakeholders on Shop, Risk, and Trust and Safety teams to mitigate unauthorized returns

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of supply chain business management experience
• Strong understanding of 3PL Reverse Logistics processes
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker and Snowflake
• Ability to utilize warehousing systems (WMS/ERP/OM)
