What You'll Do:

Join our Single Source team, where we focus on building enduring partnerships to ensure our customers' freight reaches the right place at the right time. Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with LTL & TL carriers to ensure timely delivery by tracking all shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Take a proactive approach to recovering customer loads when necessary.
• Collaborate with NT Sales and Operations teams.
• Implement and maintain best practices focused on customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on inbound/outbound shipping costs, recommending options to reduce costs and enhance service to customers.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Comfortably manage and work with multiple spreadsheets.
• Identify, track, and communicate logistical challenges, providing impact analysis and alternative options to both customers and NT personnel.
• Actively participate in weekly operations meetings as needed.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills and Abilities:

• 1-3 years of experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to energize and influence change at all levels of a complex organization.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and transportation in a regulated industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of interfacing with and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to understand and interpret data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Proven track record of delivering results with a strong desire to succeed.
• Solid business and financial acumen.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent decision-making skills, considering all relevant factors and stakeholders.
