Position: Litigation Attorney

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote, but must be licensed in California)

Pay: $63 to $70 per hour

Experience: 3+ years of litigation experience required.

Type: Full-time; Temporary

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic law firm client!

Job Description:

• Provide case support and eDiscovery project support to attorneys, eDiscovery counsel and Partners specializing in a wide array of law (litigation, corporate, tax, real estate, bankruptcy, labor & employment, environmental).

Position Requirements:

• Responsibilities include L2 review, privilege logging, drafting review protocol, Relativity searches, fact analysis/development and witness preparation.
