Licensing Specialist -- Remote | WFH

Are you passionate about ensuring compliance and making a meaningful impact? We're seeking a Licensing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Madison, WI. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring that our team members are equipped with the proper licenses to excel in their roles.

What You'll Do

Be the guardian of compliance by ensuring that documentation meets state and agency regulations, making sure every 'i' is dotted and 't' is crossed.

Dive into the exciting world of the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), keeping an eye out for filings and updates that keep our team running smoothly.

Be the communication hub, liaising with internal departments to ensure that changes and filings are seamlessly integrated into our systems.

Play a key role in onboarding new team members, guiding them through the maze of state-specific requirements to ensure they're ready to hit the ground running.

Be the Sherlock Holmes of licenses, researching and providing information to ensure that our team members are properly profiled and matched with their branches.

What We're Looking For

You're not just experienced, you're a seasoned pro with at least 3 years under your belt.

While experience with NMLS and Encompass is a plus, we're more interested in your passion for learning and adapting to new systems.

You've got the finesse of a juggler when it comes to high-volume data entry, never dropping a ball (or in this case, a byte).

Attention to detail isn't just your middle name, it's your mantra. Your written and oral communication skills are top-notch, and you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
