Main Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Oversee the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring clients receive comprehensive and understandable information about various insurance policies
  • Coordinate with underwriters and adjusters to ensure policies meet the client’s needs and compliance standards
  • Ensure all insurance policies and practices comply with state and federal regulations
  • Stay informed about changes in insurance laws and regulations that may impact the business
  • Implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and ethical standards within the organization
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Evaluate the risks associated with policy applications to determine appropriate premiums and levels of coverage
  • Offer risk management advice to clients, helping them to minimize potential losses
  • Adjust policies and coverages as necessary based on an ongoing assessment of clients’ needs and risk profiles
  • Provide high-quality customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Oversee the claims process, ensuring claims are processed efficiently and fairly
  • Maintain a client-centric approach, ensuring all client interactions are handled with professionalism and care




Core Requirements

  • Must hold a current property and casualty insurance license
  • Licensed in all U.S. states is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance compliance and licensing
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state insurance regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Must reside in a U.S. time zone that allows for effective daily communication with colleagues in the EEST time zone




Salary


  • Gross salary base 50.000 - 80.000 USD/per year.
  • This position qualifies for a performance-based bonus on top, contingent upon the achievement of established targets
