We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Virtual Reality Telehealth Specialist to join our innovative team. In this fully remote position, you will combine your expertise in social work with virtual reality technology to provide patients with immersive and personalized remote healthcare experiences. Key Responsibilities
Perform initial evaluations and ongoing treatment interventions according to standards of practice and state regulations.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and determine patients' eligibility for using our Virtual Reality Headsets.
Develop and implement remote monitoring and training plans based on initial evaluations.
Monitor patient progress and adjust training plans based on data analytics and performance.
Follow up with patients, re-evaluate, and discharge them according to progress and data analytics.
Set realistic and attainable goals tailored to each patient's abilities.
Document patient progress accurately in accordance with approved medical and facility procedures.
Send detailed progress reports to referring physicians when needed.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with multiple state licenses.
Strong preference for experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, and Motivational Interviewing.
Experience treating patients with Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks independently.
