Seeking a highly skilled Legal Analyst who is knowledgeable in litigation casework, is capable of efficient case management and exhibits strong leadership and influencing skills.
Will be supporting a Team of Legal Analysts (paralegals) who provide support for litigation matters.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Paralegal and/or Legal Analyst
Ability to effectively analyze and communicate legal issues and collaborate across broad functional and organizational lines (e.g., business partners, subject matter experts, attorneys and law professionals)
Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office tools (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Forms, OneNote, Sway and Visio)
Demonstrated experience with eDiscovery practice, process, developments and tools.
Strong organizational, analytical, proofreading, editing and research skills
Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain-high quality performance with competing deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced work environment
The ideal candidate should also excel at solving problems and exhibit a high-level of initiative
Self-starter who is adept at working in a team environment and partnering with business partners, in-house counsel, outside counsel and staff
Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and accountability.
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
