Job Description/Responsibilities

The SIUE School of Business is accepting resume packages for non-tenure track faculty positions, which include part-time, non-tenure eligible lecturer and/or full-time, non-tenure eligible instructor appointments for the 2023-2024 academic year. This listing does not represent an actual vacancy; rather open recruitment allows interested persons to submit materials for future vacancies within the School of Business. These non-tenure track faculty positions will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Accounting, Computer Management & Information Systems, Economics & Finance, Business Statistics, and Management & Marketing.

The School of Business is among an elite five percent of business schools worldwide that have earned the prestigious accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International). This accreditation represents the highest standard of achievement for business schools worldwide. Less than 25 percent of AACSB accredited schools also hold the accounting accreditation. The School of Business has been accredited by AACSB since 1975, and the accountancy program achieved separate accreditation in 1987.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a related field, preferably from an AACSB International accredited institution, and must have five (5) years of relevant business-related experience in the discipline for which they are applying. Faculty development must be completed to maintain AACSB qualifications.
