REWARDS
Hourly pay $25 to $40
Full-time Monday- Friday (7:00am to 4:00pm) with additional hours available to complete jobs and Saturday projects with bonus pay structures

Requirements
Valid driver's license
Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry and knowledge of heating + cooling systems
Proven leadership and management experience
Customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities
Work diligently to satisfy the customer’s needs and desires for the installation process.
Communicate with the Install manager and the Project manager at all times for any issues, customer concerns, or any obstacles that hinder meeting the team’s customer guidelines for satisfaction.
Complete all paperwork and necessary administrative tasks on time, and in an accurate manner to support company operations.
Ensure installations are in 100% compliance with all company, local, state and federal codes
Participate in multiple reviews each year- provide feedback to the Management on roles, and improvement for Department operations and work environments.
