The Lead Recruiter / Principal Recruiter provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to the hiring managers and support staff of KWPM. Responsible for interviewing and referring applicants for Property Manager and Corporate Management positions throughout the Company. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.


Duties and Essential Functions

  • Lead recruitment efforts for Managerial roles; place job opening ads, attend industry related job fairs, partner with local universities' career center, and manage internal candidate database.
  • Identify top candidates for current and prospective clients.
  • Follow up with the related clerical aspects of employment.
  • Manage various online job boards and the company's career site.
  • Manage Applicant Tracking and HRIS.
  • Collaborate with key partners weekly on open vacancies.
  • "Promote from within" policy, should be, involved in the posting program. Under this program openings at all levels are posted, and employees can apply for any position for which they feel qualified.
  • Act as liaison with area employment agencies.
  • Work to recruit for positions in operations and management.
  • Must be able to passively recruit with a variety of different techniques to attract the right talent.
  • Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
  • Works closely with hiring managers to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position manages the recruiter coordinator and is responsible for the performance management of this employee.


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company”


Travel

This position requires occasional travel throughout the regions in which we have team members located for training and new client purposes. A valid FL driver's license is required.


Required Education and Experience

  • Prior experience in a related position; a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of computer and associated programs; MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multi-task, set, and manage priorities.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team to execute on the company’s mission.
  • Working knowledge of UKG a plus
  • Familiar with ATS systems.
