Compensation: Full-Time Salary Based on Experience $45K-$55K (negotiable based on experience)

Position Overview: As the Lead Commercial Installer / Glazier, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing glazing installations for commercial and residential projects. You will collaborate closely with the Sales team, ensuring seamless communication and successful execution of projects. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a proven track record in glazing (experience with storefronts, office partitions, and shower enclosures). A desire to grow into a leadership role and a hunger for success is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage glazing installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Collaborate with the Sales team to understand and interpret commercial blueprints, providing insights and expertise for successful project execution.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and proactive communication within the operations team.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards, throughout all phases of project execution.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet and exceed client expectations.
Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on project status, key performance indicators, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in residential and commercial glazing operations.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing projects.
Experience collaborating with Sales teams and interpreting commercial blueprints.
Proactive attitude, hunger for success, and a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration.
OSHA certification is desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
