Junior Project Manager Scrum Master

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Investment Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing technology projects, with a strong ability to work with cross-functional teams across investment technology and other departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with a "go-getter" attitude, who is eager to drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist in the management of technology projects within Investment Technology, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain and manage project scorecards in Daptiv, ensuring all project metrics are accurately recorded and monitored.
• Oversee project budgets and resource allocations, adjusting as necessary to meet project objectives.
• Prepare and update slides and presentations for key senior-level meetings, ensuring all data and content are presented clearly and professionally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across investment technology and other departments to ensure project alignment and integration.
• Utilize advanced project management skills to address complex problems, guide project scope, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong experience with project management tools such as Daptiv, JIRA or Asana.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage, oversee large budgets, and resource allocations.
• Proficient in preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and across various departments.
• A proactive, "hungry" attitude with a commitment to achieving project goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
