Project Coordinators are an integral link between clients and internal IT teams, ensuring smooth project progression from start to finish. They define task scopes, develop plans, engage stakeholders, and provide administrative support. They also lead team meetings to foster collaboration and align all team members.

• Act as the main liaison for clients, managing communication and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Oversee project milestones and tasks, ensuring documentation is current and accessible.
• Maintain efficient workflow by managing tasks in Jira and tracking team hours.
• Collaborate with various departments and learn from team leads to enhance knowledge and project outcomes.
