Investment Funds Attorney

As a FLEX attorney, you will have access to temporary in-house counsel opportunities with companies of all sizes throughout the tech sector. Upon joining our attorney roster, we will contact you about potential engagements that fit your skill set and availability, and you let us know whether you'd like us to share your bio with the company.

We are actively looking for attorneys with experience:

• Working with fund formation and representing fund sponsors and investors in the formation and operation of investment funds, including a variety of asset classes such as venture capital, hedge funds, and real estate among others.
• Advising on regulatory requirements associated with SEC-registered investment advisors.
• Negotiating fund documents, managing subscriptions to funds, and handling marketing reviews.
• Advising on structural, regulatory, and tax issues, as well as economic terms and fund governance matters.
• Drafting and negotiating standard commercial contracts, including vendor agreements and NDAs.
• Managing the deal process, including due diligence, signing, and closing.
