Inventory & Logistics Specialist

Position Summary:

The Bulgari Inventory & Logistics Specialist is responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments and on-site spare parts inventory.

Accountabilities:

• Assist in daily reception of stock and fulfillment of orders, for internal and external workshops, with lead-time awareness.
• Manage all inbound and outbound packages/shipments.
• Daily packaging and shipping operations.
• Fulfillment of part orders to external network.
• Open and monitor spare part claims.
• Monitor inventory levels and activity. In partnership with Demand Planner, propose ways to align stock levels.
• Assist in fiscal inventory and cycle count inventories as required.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory of repairs in the AFSS & DOS network
• Ensure shipping presentation maintains all brand standards and safety requirements.
• Partner with all courier relationships; including Temporary of Importation bonded (TIB).
• Follow logistics flows that are in line with custom & corporate compliance rules
• Ensure accurate tracking and delivery of shipments. Follow logistics claims where required.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with freight forwarders, truckers, and ALC to ensure incoming shipments are processed in a timely manner.
• Ensure ordering and stocking of new spare parts, merchandise and tools based on workshop needs.

Requirements:

• Experience in supply chain, inventory and logistics preferred
• Must be organized and have good attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work with a team in a high-volume environment
• Must have excellent customer service and follow-up skills
• Must be able to work autonomously while working towards the common goal of the team
• Experience with XL and SAP, a plus but not required
• Fluency in English and Spanish. French, Italian or Portuguese is a plus.
