LHH is seeking an Interim Controller to join our client in Charlotte on a consulting basis. This client offers flexibility and a hybrid schedule.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of 5 and overseeing daily duties
  • Oversight of general ledger
  • Financial reporting
  • Managing banking functions
  • Month-end close process
  • Implementing policies and procedures
  • Assisting with audits
  • Assisting with system implementation


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required
  • Experience as a Controller is required
  • Healthcare industry knowledge and experience is highly preferred
  • Strong Excel skills required
  • Ability to lead and manage a team


Work site:

  • Onsite in the beginning, then hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)
