Interim Controller
LHH is seeking an Interim Controller to join our client in Charlotte on a consulting basis. This client offers flexibility and a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 5 and overseeing daily duties
- Oversight of general ledger
- Financial reporting
- Managing banking functions
- Month-end close process
- Implementing policies and procedures
- Assisting with audits
- Assisting with system implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required
- Experience as a Controller is required
- Healthcare industry knowledge and experience is highly preferred
- Strong Excel skills required
- Ability to lead and manage a team
Work site:
- Onsite in the beginning, then hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)
