Job Description:

The Intercompany Accounting Ops Assoc. Analyst role is designed to support the Intercompany function for PBNA. The position also offers challenges and opportunities that will promote both individual development and longevity within PBNA.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall support for cross divisional Intercompany relationships between PBNA and the other PepsiCo entities (primarily NASS, PEPHQ, PLCI)
• Perform Intercompany activities for PBNA, including period end cross charge journal entry completion
• Partner with the field and relevant business partners to ensure intercompany activities are processed and issues are resolved timely
• Perform periodic reconciliations, provide Suncore explanations, and manage settlements for PBNA Intercompany accounts
• Actively participate in process improvement projects to promote best practices
• Provide support to Intercompany management team
  
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,000 - $110,550 based on a full-time schedule.
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2-4 years of related work experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Excellent follow-up skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• SAP S4 ledger and Business Objects experience a plus
• This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
