About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to support the integration of Texthelp and n2y. As a key member in the integration team, you will ensure that the integration office operates efficiently and aligns with the company’s strategic goals. This role involves a mix of leadership responsibilities, operational oversight, strategic planning, and project management, requiring a balance of high-level thinking and ground-level pragmatism.

An extensive focus of this role will be on supporting the Commercial and Marketing functions’

integration, requiring close collaboration with the CRO, the CMO and their teams.


Main Responsibilities


Integration Support: Support post-merger integration efforts, playing a key role

in the timely establishment of a combined organisation capable of rapidly achieving its growth

ambitions.

Commercial integration: project manage the integration of the commercial organisation

supporting the team on a range of topics (e.g., territory planning, combined sales playbooks,

training, land & expand journeys, next best action modelling, comp plans) working closely

with the VP of Rev Ops and the VP of Strategic Growth.

Marketing integration: Support and project manage the integration of the marketing

organisation, specifically around the brand launch and its roll-out.

Executive Support: Serve as an advisor to the CRO and CMO, helping in decision-making

processes and supporting the integration of people, culture, process and systems.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Foster collaboration and alignment between sales,

marketing, customer success, and other departments to deliver the integration. Act as a

bridge between different teams, facilitating communication and coordination on revenue-

related projects. Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue growth and operational

efficiency.

Transformation: Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to streamline processes,

enhance efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness.

Stakeholder management: Act as a communication bridge between executives, staff, and

external partners to minimise disruption and maximise synergies. Ensure clear and effective

communication and collaboration across all channels.


Essential Criteria

  • Experience at a top-tier consulting firm at Manager level or above, followed by a leadership role within industry (ideally in a PE-backed environment)
  • Demonstrated track record in stakeholder management and communication – effectively building relationships with C-suite and functional leaders in a global context.
  • Experience in post-merger integration, sales and marketing, with a proven track record in leading teams or projects.
  • Genuine interest in PE-backed business, showcasing your passion for driving growth and delivering exceptional change.
  • Analytical thinking, a results-oriented personality, a well-developed sense of responsibility, and a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Previous experience in Education and SaaS is advantageous.
