Client is in the process of a large scale SAP implementation, this Solutions Architect will be a KEY role within a newly formed SAP COE. Will work closely with System Integrator, internal teams, other Architects including Cloud Architects/System Architects and Data Architect.
Must Have
S4Hana experience – ABAP experience
Large SAP Implantation experience. Working closely with System Integrator internal teams
RISE for SAP experience (RISE is an SAP tool)
S4 Configuration (Specific FICO a huge plus since this is the initial modular being implemented)
Nice To Have
SAP Data Service, Ariba, SAC (Analytic Cloud)

Job Responsibilities
Collaborate on strategic technology roadmaps, solutions and configurations for SAP platforms such as S4/HANA, Ariba and Vistex
Work cross functionally to drive out cloud ready application strategy. Work collaboratively with Infrastructure, Integration and Security teams
Designs and leads the implementation of an architecture based on business requirements and IT strategies, as well as to rectify gaps and pain points within the current state
Documents necessary architecture design and analysis work
Facilitates the evaluation and selection of hardware and software technology and product standards, as well as the design of standard configurations as they relate to the systems
Educates developers on devices and service offerings
Documents best practices and creates development resources that can be used by other developers specific to Systems
Provides input to Enterprise Architecture that helps builds reference architecture, frameworks and toolkits to drive scale of adoption in the ecosystem
Advocates for enterprise architecture in relevant system space
Ensures that enterprise architecture guidelines and recommendations are followed and bridges gaps directly with enterprise architecture
Ensures that project teams follow enterprise architecture processes to include technical reviews and enterprise technical recommendations
Develops unique, compelling and exciting presentations and demonstrations of new applications and technologies
Delivers persuasive, passionate, high impact, high quality presentations to senior decision makers
Education/Certification
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis or a related field preferred
Experience
10+ years of overall IT experience with a focus on IT Architecture
Technical experience leading solutions for SAP S4/HANA Cloud ERP private edition, SAP Fiori and FICO modules for Finance applications
3+ years SAP ERP implementation/consulting experience
Knowledge
Software/hardware design, selection, and deployment techniques and methodologies.
High-level understanding of relational database management systems and other data structures
Knowledge of all components of a technical architecture including Cloud/Hybrid application architecture
Understanding of network architecture and secure API design principles
Java Spring Boot integration framework (nice to have)
Vistex trade promotions management for SAP (nice to have)
