We're currently seeking an enthusiastic Insurance Sales Representative to join our close-knit team. As a valued member of our family-oriented agency, you'll have the opportunity to cultivate client connections, drive referrals, and actively participate in our community initiatives. While primarily office-based, we offer flexible remote work options to accommodate your needs.

No prior experience in the insurance industry? No problem! We offer entry-level candidates a competitive base salary of $24,000 plus generous commissions on all new business. For experienced professionals, earnings range from $30,000 to $50,000 in the first year, with additional commission opportunities.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust, retention, and loyalty.

Meet sales quotas through proactive outreach via phone, email, and networking.

Provide personalized insurance advice and effectively close sales.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.

Cross-sell and round accounts to maximize client coverage.

Requirements

Obtain a Property & Casualty license within the first 45 days of employment.

Sales Background Preferred But Not Required.

Demonstrated ambition and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Professional demeanor and strong social media skills are advantageous.
