Our global SaaS client is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their team remotely! We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer with expertise in learning technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences using a variety of technologies and methodologies.


*This is a 6-month contract W2 to start, with the opportunity to extend or convert*

*100% remote- can sit anywhere in the U.S*


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SME’s) including People Partners, peers, and stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and design learning solutions that align with business goals.
  • Design and develop interactive and multi-media-rich eLearning courses, videos, simulations, and other digital learning materials.
  • Utilize the companies learning management system, WorkRamp, and other technologies to deliver and track completion, adoption, and impact of learning programs.
  • Manage the complete content development cycle, including creation, on-going updates, and continuous evaluation for your projects to drive adoption of compelling and engaging learning experiences.
  • Provide input and guidance on global L&D strategy delivery roadmap.
  • Evaluate and recommend innovative learning technologies and tools to enhance learning experiences.
  • Establish and regularly report on baseline metrics for learning engagement, program adoption, and ROI.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on learning technology
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems. Experience with WorkRamp preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Experience designing programs with blended learning, micro-learning, and other innovative learning methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SCORM standards.
  • Experience in graphic design, video production, or multimedia development.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
