What You'll Do
Be a champion for our members! You'll use your communication skills to connect with borrowers via phone and email, guiding them through the loan application process with care and understanding.
Leverage your expertise to close deals efficiently. You'll use your strong sales skills to educate borrowers on our loan solutions and navigate them smoothly to a successful loan closure.
Be a master organizer! You'll manage a pipeline of applications, ensuring all documents are collected and the underwriting process moves swiftly.
Achieve greatness! You'll set and exceed ambitious sales goals, contributing to the success of our team.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have
3+ years of experience thriving in a fast-paced, inside sales environment (bonus points for call center experience!)
2+ years of experience exceeding sales goals in a commission-driven setting
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Excellent computer and organizational skills to manage a CRM system
A high school diploma or equivalent
