To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by leading Information Technology (IT) studies to recommend strategy for delivery of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) services; developing qualitative and quantitative evaluations to identify work processes, workloads, significant trends, imbalances, critical problems, and forecasts; and using budgeting and resource prioritization analysis for acquisition requirements.

- Provides budget and resource prioritization analysis (Management Decision Packages (MDEPs); Program Objective Memorandum (POM); Unfinanced Requirements (UFRs), Information Technology Requirements (ITR)).
- Provides leadership with recommendations concerning work methods, processes, etc. across all business and administrative functions of the brigade.
- Ensures project and program integration/synchronization based on current and future operational and organizational needs, principles, policies, and concepts.
- Provides current, historical, and operational information gathered from multiple brigade staff divisions to assist the brigade and Regional Network Enterprise Centers (RNECs) leadership in establishing objectives, policies, procedures, and structure.
- Responsible for the development of qualitative and quantitative evaluations to identify work processes, workloads, significant trends, imbalances, critical problems, and forecasts.
- Serves as senior advisor to brigade leadership on the status of business and administrative management actions of budget allocations, manpower, and personnel actions, acquisitions, contracts, and related items.
- Develops rough order of magnitude cost estimates for planning, programming, and budgeting purposes.
- Ensures application and process support for the 93d Enterprise Acquisition Requirements Tracking System (ARTS).
Conditions of Employment
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- Incumbent may be required to travel temporary duty (TDY), up to 30% of the time.
