The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading technology strategy and operations, overseeing data transformation projects, managing IT systems, and ensuring seamless integration with both vendors and customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Microsoft SQL databases, familiarity with Active Directory, and a proven track record of managing technology in the supply chain or packaging industry. Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Data Transformation: Oversee data transformation projects for B2B relations, ensuring data accuracy and seamless integration with vendors and customers.
• System Management: Manage and maintain IT systems, including Microsoft SQL and Active Directory.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service and value.
• Innovation: Identify and implement innovative technologies to improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Risk Management: Develop and implement IT risk management strategies to safeguard the company's technology infrastructure and data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL and familiarity with Active Directory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage data transformation projects for B2B relations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with IT risk management and data governance.
