Position Summary:

This position is responsible for transcribing important meeting content, documenting/organizing workflows with Visio, managing large/complex data sets in excel, building/maintaining company dashboards based on that data, filing vendor information with their service contracts, and maintaining a facility wide asset inventory. Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft office and specifically excel is required. The help desk analyst manages all incoming IT requests and directs to the proper resource based on content. If the issue can quickly be resolved remotely, they will handle the request. Examples might include password resets, printer adds, or releasing emails from corporate spam filters. For the help desk component, only basic workstation and windows operating system knowledge is required.

This position could be remote for the right candidate but will require campus time for training. To be considered for remote work, the applicant must be within 2 hours driving distance, have a minimum of 100 Mbs download/10 Mbs upload internet speeds, and have a private home office space with a desk and office chair.

Qualifications

Education/ Experience: Experience working with Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and particularly Excel. Some helpdesk, customer service, and administrative support experience are preferred. The ideal candidate should have effective communication, time management, and computer skills.
