The PMO Manager collaborates with department heads, managers, and stakeholders to resolve challenges, develop policies, and align project goals with organizational objectives. Their strategic planning expertise helps drive resource management, risk assessment, and policy development within the PMO, fostering an environment of effective project execution and stakeholder collaboration. The PMO Manager also evaluates and recommends improvements for project management processes, staying current with advancements in the field.
