The Information Systems Manager I position requirements include (but is not limited to) the following: Work directly with business partners to identify requirements and engage IT partners to translate requirements into technical solutions. Lead the functional design, implementation, and support of JDE based solutions that address business requirements and meet Printpack standards. Develop System documentation including specifications, procedures, and training materials. Provide end to end support for JDE Manufacturing and related procurement and inventory modules to ensure business continuity. Provide guidance and expertise to Support Analysts in resolving very complex issues. Resolve JDE Tier 1 & 2 application support calls logged through the FreshService Ticketing System. To monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs and kernel upgrades and how these affect the various applications and user community. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and updates in Oracle JDE to ensure the project leverages the latest technologies and methodologies. Train and transfer knowledge to the team members. The Information Systems Manager I position is a functional/technical project manager that is responsible for full software development lifecycle (SDLC) of small to medium sized projects on the Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One (JDE E1) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform along with other ancillary and integrated solutions.  The Information Systems Manager I position is a global position where he/she proposes improvements to various JD Edwards modules that will enhance the users’ experience, as well as identify and deliver end-user training to increase user efficiency on IS-related software and hardware.  Education: Four (4) year college degree in Computer Science or equivalent PMP (PMI) certification preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience and knowledge of, at a minimum one, JDE E1 modules such as Capital Asset Management (CAM), Procurement (P2P), Quality Management (QM), Manufacturing (SFC) and/or Warehouse Management (WMS). Minimum of 3+ years working in the technical support field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.  Understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodology. Ability to establish good relationships and work multi-functionally with a variety of business and technical team members at all levels. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Basic to advanced SQL writing  Excellent communications skills, written and verbal Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent leadership, interpersonal and motivation skills The ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines  Fluent in English, conversational in Spanish a plus.  PHYSICAL DEMANDS & TRAVEL: Physical Demands: Occasional lifting and movement of less than 25 lbs. Travel Requirements:  Up to 10%   WORK CONDITIONS: This position qualifies for the 100% remote per. the Printpack policy Primarily a remote/home environment; however, it will be necessary to spend time in the manufacturing facilities working with the user community.
