Implementation Guide @ Tilt

Tilt (check us out here) is looking for an Implementation Guide to join our team and help us scale our business by playing a critical role in making Tilt a reality for our customers. You’ll be invaluable in getting customers to launch with our Tilt platform, serving as their guide in getting them set up for success, helping to coordinate logistics and learning more about Tilt so they too can become experts. You know that everything you do is a means to achieving specific outcomes for the customer and their employees. This work will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers become raving fans of Tilt!

Roles & Responsibilities 🖇️

  • Managing all aspects of the customer implementation journey including technical configuration, product adoption and onboarding. as well as being a champion of Time to Value and Customer Readiness
  • Assessing customer needs through sales handoff and healthy customer engagement throughout implementation; resetting expectations along the way as needed
  • Ongoing development of our platform and industry knowledge around leave management and compliance
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver leave of absence best practices to customers
  • Capturing key information during the implementation process that will set up our customer and internal teams (Leave Success Managers and Customer Success Managers) for success
  • Continuously look for opportunities to streamline and improve implementation processes
  • Presenting technical information both verbally and nonverbally to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Maintaining a culture of security, privacy and transparency
  • Minimizing the risk to Tilt and our customers sensitive data through adherence to company security practices
  • Participating in Security Awareness Training through KnowBe4, which provides information around email security best practices and training on identifying malicious emails

You’re a great fit if 😍

  • You have experience in an onboarding, implementation, customer success or account management role
  • You excel in training customers on how to use a platform or product
  • You have experience in leave of absence
  • You’re comfortable kick-starting a new relationship with our customers and setting the rest of the team up for success
  • You are naturally self-directed and have the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strict attention to detail; you’ve mastered the intersection of urgent and important
  • You have an aptitude for setting expectations and nudging others (when needed) to execute on their end of the partnership
  • You’re open to jumping right into a fast-paced environment and understand that we are still figuring things out (aka - we’re looking for you to help us build things!)
  • You are a comfortable using a lot of systems at once, and have the ability to learn software quickly
  • You don’t shy away from learning additional technical skills
  • You thrive in an environment without a lot of structure; you’re autonomous and know how to use your resources but also know when to ask for help when you need it
  • You’re fearlessly flexible, curious and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • You’re ready to bring your true and authentic self to work every day

Compensation 💰

This position is a full-time role reporting to the Implementation Lead. The projected annual salary range is $60,000-$75,000 USD plus stock options, because we believe everyone should have some stake in our business. We are people-first (this ain’t some PR jazz, we truly give a damn about our peeps) so in addition to a robust suite of ancillary benefits, we offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits paid at 100% for all employees and 50% for dependents. You must be authorized to work in the US.
