About The Position

The Implementation Consultant - Sales is a member of the Global Licensing & Development Team and reports to the Director, Global Licensing & Development. The focus of the Global Licensing & Development Team is to accelerate the growth of our Licensee markets to attract, retain, and grow, over time, customers in their market. This team plays a critical role in enabling a globally consistent customer experience by implementing our SaaS-enabled business model, powered by our technology ecosystem, in our Licensee markets. The Implementation Consultant - Sales drives sales performance in our Licensee markets, across our global network, through effective sales consulting and enablement to achieve greater revenue and customer growth within those markets. The Implementation Consultant - Sales must have expertise in the development of Licensee markets and demonstrate this expertise through the lens of the mission, strategy, and core business of Great Place To Work®.

This role requires fluency with business and financial data and confidence when influencing the Great Place To Work C-Suite and sales leaders to effectively adopt overall company sales strategies and techniques. This Implementation Consultant will work closely with other members of the Global Licensing & Development Team to help Licensees successfully implement and rapidly grow a repeatable, predictable, and scalable SaaS-enabled business. This role also bridges the gap between our sales, legal, and technical teams to support the sales process as it relates to data privacy and security. The Implementation Consultant - Sales can also act as a subject matter expert on the completion of security questionnaires. Working hours include meeting with Licensees and stakeholders in international time zones. Some national and international travel is required. Key Responsibilities

Implementation Consultant

  • Demonstrate and communicate a solid understanding of the tenets of Great Place to Work’s SaaS-enabled business model and the operations that support the successful execution of such model
  • Further the development of Licensee markets by holding CEOs and sales leaders accountable to Implementation Goals established in the Accelerator Program and KPI tracking
  • Understand the competitive landscape and prospect needs so you can effectively position the value of Great Place to Work
  • Cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with Great Place to Work Licensee companies
  • Elevate Licensee market needs: identify and support solutions with Technology, Data Privacy, Legal, and other teams

Sales Consulting (programming)

  • Serve as the Global Licensing & Development subject matter expert for all things related to Sales. Special emphasis on the following competencies: SaaS sales strategies and enablement, metric-driven growth, demand generation as it relates to sales growth, CRM (Zoho, Salesforce) and sales operations
  • Interface and interact with the Great Place To Work - US team to bring new learnings, ideas, and collateral forward to your team and Licensee network
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive sales enablement programs and materials to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team
  • Data Privacy and Security support including ongoing workshops to strengthen the core competencies in the sales process related to this topic
  • Design and facilitate ongoing sessions to maintain alignment and consistency in the delivery of our products and services across all Licensee markets
  • Foster a community of subject matter experts through ongoing sessions and ad-hoc connections

Sales Enablement

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and product teams (Great Place To Work - US) to create and maintain sales tools, training programs, and collateral
  • Respond to inquiries in Zendesk as they relate to sales collateral or specific questions in security questionnaires
  • Provide support for specific customer situations, particularly objection handling related to data privacy and security
  • Stay up to date on our technology’s compliance with data privacy regulations and ensure the sales team is informed about any changes
  • Develop and maintain a library of responses to common data privacy and security questions for use in proposals and customer inquiries
  • Streamline processes for handling security questionnaires and improving response times

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support the broader Global Licensing & Development Team with core projects that include, and are not limited to, the Licensing Agreement, Global Strategy Meetings, and global events
  • Evaluate Licensee success against policies set forth by the Global Licensing & Development team

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of sales, sales enablement or sales operations experience
  • Demonstrated experience with building a sales strategy
  • Demonstrated experience with building as sales team/org (hiring, onboarding, developing, growing)
  • Strong understanding of data privacy laws and security standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
  • Experience managing and responding to security questionnaires and RFPs
  • Experience translating specialist subject-matter content into digestible, actionable, and engaging learning experiences for business professionals, including those where English is not their native language
  • Project management experience (from ideation to completion, leading multiple contributing team members)
  • Global team experience across time zones, cultures, and language
  • Experience engaging many stakeholders, managing them to a timeline, through change; often with resistance
  • Must be comfortable working in an international working environment where non-Native English is common among most stakeholders

  • Detail-oriented thinker and quick-study who does not hesitate in partnering with others to share and consume knowledge
  • Proven track record of successfully enabling sales teams and improving sales performance
  • Someone who takes initiative and will do whatever it takes to get the job done
  • Foreign language fluency is desirable
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and be agile
  • Experience working in a data-driven, analytical marketing organization
  • Expert in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and promptly, verbally and in writing, to an international audience
  • Confidence and ease in communicating on complex issues with Licensee Owners, CEOs, and Senior Leaders
  • High energy and sense of humor

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California is $86,100 to $142,000, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
