Job Title: Implementation Consultant – Print

Job Summary:

The Implementation Consultant works closely with other Solution Delivery colleagues to implement RevSpring patient engagement and payment solutions. He/she is responsible for selected requirements gathering, design, configuration, and testing activities on assigned projects. The role will collaborate with client SME’s/stakeholders, the RevSpring Project Manager, and other matrixed project resources to define and deliver the client’s RevSpring solution. The role is expected to actively drive best practices, adhere to prescribed implementation methodologies, and provide inputs into enhancing Solution Delivery implementation processes and collateral. This role has been created specifically to focus initially on print platform migration projects, moving RevSpring customers from legacy to our go to market print platforms. The person must have experience with working directly with customers and internal technical teams on migration projects and be confident with a high degree of customer facing interaction.

Essential Functions:

  • Serves as the Implementation Consultant for assigned print platform migration projects
  • Collaborates with Solution Architects, Implementation Specialists, Document Composition teams, Product Management, Support, Sales, to migrate customers to the target print platform
  • Regularly communicates with migration customers, able to present with confidence the migration approach
  • Performs business rule logic, statement design, reporting and ancillary services analysis of legacy setup
  • Creates programming cases for building solution on target platform
  • Facilitates sample approval, QA and customer approvals
  • Keeps the Project Manager informed of progress, issues and escalates items early that require attention
  • Provides guidance to Solution Support teams, as required to assist with transition to support
  • Maintains a strong working knowledge of RevSpring’s products, services, and systems
  • Continually builds a knowledge base library of migration artefacts that document processes and hardens the migration approach

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

Experience: 2-4 years’ experience in a product implementations/upgrades/migrations role and within a revenue cycle management setting. Strong knowledge of statement/letter production

Supervision: N/A

Language Skills:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
