Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive clinic growth and market expansion
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and healthcare providers
Develop and implement business plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies
Lead initiatives to enhance the clinic's visibility and reputation in the healthcare community
Collaborate with marketing and sales team to design and execute promotional campaigns
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with external partners to secure advantageous terms
Represent the clinic at industry conferences, networking events, and community engagements
Operations and Employee Management:
Oversee department operations, projects, schedules, and activities to accomplish goals within set timelines
Manage and develop staff to achieve overall objectives in terms of quality, service, and cost-effectiveness
Ensure employee compliance with policies and procedures; take actions upon non-compliance
Drive department service standards and activities to impact patient satisfaction
Provide leadership and communication to maintain a competent and engaged employee group
Develop and manage department operational budgets, approvals, and ongoing maintenance
Ensure a safe and effective working environment, monitor safety plans, and oversee staff credentials
Coordinate patient care with other members of the team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and desired patient outcomes
Proactively optimize outcomes and information systems by monitoring and improving department workflow
Serve as an internal expert, developing and implementing training programs for staff
Manage multi-site locations in the state of Texas
Requirements
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in radiology services in a people management role
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Demonstrates skills and competencies necessary for the assigned job
Proficiency in English language for effective communication
Ability to interact confidently and effectively with others
Leadership qualities, critical thinking, and effective interpersonal skills
Analytical skills to identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities

Proficient in Radiology information systems
