Job Title: Director of IT Infrastructure

Location: San Diego (HYBRID - work from home Tues-Thurs)

Salary: $150-180k/year + BONUS!

Requirements: Leadership experience (at least 3+ direct reports), Systems & Network Administration

We're currently looking for a Director of IT Infrastructure to oversee delivery of all IT Infrastructure and related IT operations used to enable business capabilities and services across the enterprise.

You'll be responsible for supervising 3-6 employees including Network Administrators and Systems Administrators. This role requires a strong understanding of information system security & IT infrastructure and the ability to drive IT initiatives, plans, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• The delivery of all IT infrastructure and related IT operations used to enable business capabilities and services across the enterprise
• This role reports to the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and has line management responsibilities for Network Administrators and Systems Administrators
• The Director of IT Infrastructure brings experience, knowledge, and future vision for transforming the Infrastructure and Operations function including its strategy, operating model, product and service offerings and workforce
• The role holder is a senior stakeholder in all relationships with externally sourced infrastructure and operations capabilities
• As a key member of the IT leadership team this role contributes to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide IT strategy and is responsible for ensuring I&O strategy is fully aligned, positioning I&O to deliver compelling business value
  
  

Must Have Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR equivalent experience
• Experience managing 3+ direct reports (Network & Systems Administrators preferred)
• 5+ years of experience with information systems security and IT infrastructure

This is a HYBRID role (3 days in-office from Tuesday to Thursday).
