Job Description
Are you organized, fun, and willing to deal with a variety of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair tasks in a fast-paced environment? As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will be responsible for leading installation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
Supervise and mentor junior installers and technicians.
Ensure all installations comply with local codes and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and excellent service.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each project.
Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HVAC installer or technician.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and local codes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid HVAC certification and driver's license.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
