Job Description
Installing, adding on, or replacing HVAC systems in residential homes
Teaching and instructing Install Helpers while on job sites or working around shop areas
Providing a top-notch customer experience and effectively communicating with homeowners
The Requirements
Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work
Customer Service Oriented
Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player
Strong Troubleshooting and Critical Thinking Skills
EPA Certification
Valid Driver’s License & Must have a driver's license for three years or longer
2+ Years of HVAC installation experience, preferably in the residential market
