40 Weeks, 37 Weeks, 51 Weeks … those are recent delivery estimates we’ve been given when ordering new Air Handler Units for our customers. Take a look at the pictures above. Can you see the difference in the 2 images? If you think they “look the same”, you are correct! Chiller Replacement, 6 stories Up, is a BIG DEAL ! This weekend it was all hands on deck to replace a chiller. This 6 story Medical Office Building (MOB) off the Katy Freeway experienced a catastrophic chiller failure in 2023. We assisted with a 300 ton rental chiller until the new chiller arrived. The new permanent chiller was set, piped, started, and put on-line this weekend without a hitch. The tenants in this MBO were able to perform multiple surgeries scheduled for Monday following the installation. No room for error!
