Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Human Resources to report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. This strategic role will collaborate closely with all levels of the organization to drive HR initiatives that align with our corporate goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR functions including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, and employee relations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide expertise on strategic and tactical HR matters across the organization.
  • Advise and counsel employees and managers on organizational development, talent and career development, performance management, compensation, coaching, employee engagement, retention, headcount planning, and recognition programs.
  • Interpret and implement HR policies and procedures, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Actively participate in talent recruitment efforts.
  • Build and maintain trust and credibility throughout the organization, acting as a valuable partner and coach.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues in partnership with employees and managers at all levels; conduct necessary investigations.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to deliver required companywide training.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of human resource experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Experience in developing and executing HR processes and programs.
  • Proficiency in working with HRIS systems and other HR-related platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in a global organization is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards.
