Human Resources Director

Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a global manufacturing company, who is looking to locate their next Human Resources Director.

Location: Troy, OH (25% travel)

Compensation: $120-140k plus bonus opportunity

Schedule: Full-time - Hybrid (4in / 1 out)

What will your day look like?

• Developing HR Policies: Implement and manage human resources policies that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, support staff development, and enhance job satisfaction.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop staffing plans, compensation strategies, and training programs.
• Policy & Compliance Management: Review and maintain HR policies and procedures annually, ensuring compliance and relevance.

Who are you?

• Experienced Professional: Minimum of 7 years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage employee relations and collaborate with leadership.
• Detail-Oriented Leader: Highly organized with a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
