Job Title: WW Learning & Organization Development Director

Location: Bay Area, US


SUMMARY

As the Learning & Organization Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving company and cultural transformation through developing and implementing a comprehensive Learning & Development Strategy and Framework in line with the Company’s strategic objectives. You will lead initiatives to enhance employee learning, development, and organizational effectiveness, and will partner with the People team to embed our new company values into our ways of working and being; and drive culture change.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies that drive cultural and company transformation; and enhance organizational performance.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs to cultivate world-class human centered leadership capabilities at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to identify skill gaps and talent development needs, creating tailored innovative learning solutions.
  • Working with the People team, lead change management efforts to support organizational transformation and navigate complex business challenges.
  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning and development programs, continuously evaluating and improving initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and organization development, incorporating innovative approaches into our strategies.
  • Own and manage the Company’s LMS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, L&D, Organizational Psychology, or related field; master’s degree a plus.
  • WW L&D leader with 9 years’ + experience
  • Proven success in designing and implementing learning and org development initiatives in a multinational tech or related industry, during a culture and company transformation.
  • Strong understanding of leadership development, change management, and organizational effectiveness principles.
  • Prior experience in leading an AI transformation is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to think strategically, drive innovation, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Enquiring mind – able to challenge constructively and suggest improvements to established practices.


Strong facilitation, consulting and coaching skills.


Excellent attention to detail and ability to align internal and external resources and timelines with the best quality and impact to the business

  • Certification in relevant areas such as coaching, talent management, or organizational development is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-learning solutions
