We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a n HR Generalist II in Culver City, CA. This will be a hybrid role with at least 3 days per week onsite, and will be a 3 -month contract with potential to extend and/or convert .
Responsibilities
Performance management , c oaching managers in all stages
Employee relations
Administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas.
Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management.
Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.
May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field (HR management preferable, but not required)
People Management experience (2-4 years)
HR experience (5+ years)
Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $ 26.35 to $ 31.35 per hour . Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range is subject to change.
