We are seeking a dedicated and strategic HR Business Partner to serve our Western WA and Oregon facilities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that our people practices contribute to our mission of being a Force for Good. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on HR matters and driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on HR matters and driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Strategic Partnership: collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and people challenges, and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives and our mission.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts and mitigating risk through partnership with operations C.E.Os and C.N.Os.
- Talen Management: Support facilities in developing talent acquisition strategies, development and retention initiatives to build a high-performing, engaged workforce.
- Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with our mission and values.
- Leadership Coaching: Provide coaching and development to facility leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities and drive team performance
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience as an HR business partner in a collaborative environment
- Experience supporting multi-unit operations spread across a geographic area. The facilities are primarily spread along I-5 from northern WA to southern OR, and occasional visits will be required.
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and strategic HR Management
- Must be driven and solution oriented
