This decision, long in the making and more of a technicality, is a significant step for our team, especially for those who have worked with James since the early days of our company. James joined us as Director of Finance back in 2016, right at the beginning of Cascadia. From day one, his influence has been transformative. More than just a colleague, James has been a problem-solver, advocate for quality and accuracy in our accounting department and a constant support to our organization. His unwavering dedication to our mission, his exceptional work ethic, and his commitment to excellence have inspired us all. Having James from the start has been pivotal. His ability to adapt, learn quickly, and develop effective strategies has been central to our growth and stability.
