The Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you're not just cleaning – you're ensuring that our guests experience the utmost comfort and cleanliness during their stay.
What You'll Do
As a leader, you will motivate the housekeeping team and set a standard of excellence in cleanliness and efficiency by working alongside your team.
Conduct inspections to ensure that guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and special requests.
Train and develop housekeeping staff to maintain consistent quality.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
Maintain accurate records of room inventory and cleaning schedules.
Address guest concerns and resolve any issues with professionalism and urgency.

Strong communication skills ensure effective team coordination. Bilingual is a plus!
